Instructions or the 2009 Audition Piece: Use only the edition listed above. The link will take you directly to the piece. Print as many copies as needed. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS about these instructions, please contact your District or State Choral Chair.

1. Each quartet MUST sing all measures (1-25)
2. SOLO sections:
    • SOPRANO: begin measure 13 (beat 3); sing through measure 21. STOP on                          beat 3.
    • ALTO: begin measure 15 (beat 4); sing through measure 25. STOP.
    • TENOR: begin measure 11 (beat 3); sing through 18 (beat 1). STOP on beat 2.
    • BASS: begin measure 14; sing through measure 21 (beat 2). STOP on beat 3.
