2011–2012 East Kentucky Instrumental Festivals School programs participating in KMEA Festival events must be registered and directors must be current NAfME/KMEA members. Schools that have submitted a Festival Registration must also submit payment or a purchase order before they will be allowed to participate in festival events. Site change requests must be done via the procedure on the Festival Registration. |
